We have had so much fun the last 3 Sundays with our Home-Grown Theology class on John Prine that we have extended it one more week! Playing and discussing Prine’s music and lyrics, we will grow to understand not only his humor, but also his rheology and understanding of life. We hope you will join us for our final round of this formation offering.

Theology and Literature, Yelverton Room

Theology and Literature will be returning from their summer break this week! This class meets discus theological themes in works of literature. Our Youth Group (EYC) will kick off their school year programming after Labor Day. This first gathering will include a meeting for parents to hear about the EYC's plans for the coming year.

Young Adult Gathering: Faith & Folly

at Fertile Ground Beer Co.

Tuesday, September 15 at 6-7:30pm

Faith & Folly is a series in partnership with the Jackson-area Episcopal Young Adults (JEYA) group that brings together Episcopalians from metro-area churches.

Faith & Folly meets every month on the third Tuesday at Fertile Ground, and each gathering will focus on a different theme about navigating faith in young adulthood. 

Your first drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) will be covered, and there will be snacks to share.
