Inquirer's Class

Saturday, April 15, 9:00 a.m. - noon

Ever wonder how the Book of Common Prayer can build your spiritual life, why the Episcopal Church and the American Government are similar in structure, or why we do the things we do on Sunday morning? One Saturday in the Fall and one in the Spring, the clergy host a class to teach all things Episcopalian. One of these classes is required for being Confirmed or Received, but you can also attend for a refresher course. All are welcome. Contact Katie Bradshaw (kbradshaw@standrews.ms) for more information or to reserve a spot.

We have a new print newsletter every month! Join us one Thursday a month to help fold, seal, and label while enjoying good conversation. The next session is March 23rd at 10:00 a.m. Call Laurie McCarley (601-487-2739) if you’d like to participate.

Pilgrimage to Ireland

July 18 -28

From Brigid’s well to the Hill of Slane where St. Patrick lit the vigil fire, from the labrinth in Brigid’s gardens, across the Cliffs of Moher to the top of Croagh Patrick, we will travel to the sacred sites dedicated to the saints of Ireland, Brigid and Patrick. Evensong in St. Patrick’s Cathedral, tea in the gardens of Brigid, guided cliff walk from Doolin to the Cliffs of Moher, are all included in a pilgrimage led by Anne Maxwell and Tommy Dillon on July 18th through the 28th. The cost is estimated at $3,500 + airfare. Contact Anne Maxwell (amaxwell@standrews.ms) for more information or to sign up now. Limited to 20 people.
