Photos Needed !!

We're building a new website, and Mother Lisa needs your help. If you have pictures of acolytes, weddings, baptisms, church activities, Third Thursday Trippers outings, youth activities, DOK, church picnics, or any other event at St. Andrew's or of our parishioners, Mother Lisa would like for you to share them with her. The best photos for both picture quality and to insure we have current members would be ones taken within the last 2 or 3 years. Those photos not used immediately may be kept on file for future rotation into the web site.

If you have photos you'd like to share, please email them to THANK YOU!!
The Church Office is open by appointment (and with masks). Contact our Church Administrator, Tracy Joshua, for an appointment:
Mother Lisa and Deacon Mike Barbare continue to be available in case of any emergency:

Dear Ladies, This is the call for the 130th Annual Meeting of the Episcopal Church Women of the Diocese of Florida to be held on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom. The ECW Board has carefully planned the meeting to satisfy the by-laws of the organization. Choose and register the representatives for your church (two delegates and two alternates) for voting on the business portion of the meeting. You must first register online through Zoom. Simply click the Zoom link below, complete the form at the bottom, and click submit. You will then be emailed the information to join the meeting.

The President-Elect and UTO Coordinator will be installed in January to begin their term of office. The nominees from the Nominating Committee are Heather Prox for President-Elect and Rosie Connolly for UTO Coordinator. The Secretary and Treasurer positions were vacated before the end of the current terms. I will appoint the Secretary and Treasurer to fill the remainder of this term. The nominees from the Nominating Committee are MaryAnn Braddock for Secretary and Dee Dugger for Treasurer. The Nomination Chair is Linda Wilcox.

The annual meeting is open to all women of the church and their guests. Your priest is invited and encouraged to join us as our guest. The deadline for registration is October 20, 2020. Check In/Registration begins at 9:50 a.m. at the Zoom designation. I look forward to seeing you.

Andrea Geiger, President Diocese of Florida ECW

If you do not attend the in-person service, you may mail your normal donation check to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 7801 Lone Star Rd., Jacksonville FL 32211. By sending a check, the church will receive your full check amount.
You may also make your donations online. The St. Andrew's web site has a page on which donations can be made through PayPal. Instructions are included on the page. A small fee will be assessed (to the church) for donations made online.
Please don't forget our Seminarian!
St. Andrew's has a separate Seminarian Account to help support Sarah Minton and her family while she is in Seminary.
Pledge cards are available or, if preferred, any donation at any time during their three year commitment would be greatly appreciated.
Please write a separate check for this account, with "Seminarian Support" in the memo line. Pledges are to run from July 2018 - June 2021.
Thanks and have a blessed week!
