A Message From The Principal

Dear St. Anthony School Families,

As a Catholic school community, we will soon celebrate two significant days in our faith: All Saints’ Day on November 1 and All Souls’ Day on November 2.

On All Saints’ Day, we honor the holy men and women who lived faithfully according to God’s will. They remind us that holiness is possible for everyone (Catechism of the Catholic Church 2013–2014).

On All Souls’ Day, we pray for our loved ones who have died, trusting in the promise of eternal life. The Church teaches us the importance of prayer for those who have gone before us (CCC 946–959; 1032). As part of our observance, we will prepare a memorial altar at school. We warmly invite students to bring a photo or image of a deceased loved one (please label the back).

These items will be placed on the altar as a sign of love, remembrance, and prayer.

Students and staff are invited to honor and remember loved ones who have passed away by writing their names on the remembrance ribbons located near the Gym entrance.

These ribbons will be placed on our Memorial Wreath Cross, which will be displayed during our All Souls' Day Mass and will remain on display at school liturgies through mid-November, serving as a sign of prayer, love, and hope in the Resurrection.

May these holy days strengthen our faith, deepen our hope, and unite us in the love of Christ.

With love and light,

Mrs. Schepers

As part of our observance, we will prepare a memorial altar at school.

Amor y Luz,

Sara. Schepers

Faith & Service
Prayer for Students

Lord our God,
in your wisdom and love
you surround us with the mysteries of the universe.
Send your Spirit upon these students
and fill them with your wisdom and blessings.
Grant that they may
devote themselves to their studies
and draw ever closer to you,
the source of all knowledge. We ask this through Christ our Lord.

R/. Amen.

“If you say the Holy Rosary every day, with a spirit of faith and love, our Lady will make sure she leads you very far along her Son's path.”

-St. Josemaria Escriva-
