Worship Service with Holy Communion & Music

led by The Rev. John Williams & The Rev. Jan Kotuby

Nursery care is on break through the end of August, but little ones are very welcome to spend time in our Quiet Play Area in the sanctuary during the service.

To view bulletins for upcoming services,

and recordings and bulletins for previous services,

CLICK HERE for the Services page of our website.

Need hearing assistance? We have earpieces that receive audio from the sound system. You can find them in charging stations in the entryway. Simply slip the earpiece over your ear, turn it on with the volume switch, and adjust volume. Please return to the charging stations when you are done.

Need a bulletin that is easier to read? St. Bart's usually has 3 copies of its bulletin available in large print. Please ask the ushers for a copy.

Want to access the bulletin on your notebook/iPad/phone? Scan the QR code posted in the Sanctuary to get to the Services page of our website. Click on the link "Click here for the bulletin" toward the top of the page.

5th Sunday Offering: All cash in the fifth Sunday's offering plate, and checks so designated, will go to the Rector's Discretionary Fund.

Gathering for Democracy - August 6, 6:30 pm

Interested?

For more information or to volunteer at this event, please contact Carla Hunt.

Gathering for Democracy is a nonpartisan opportunity for people who feel unsettled by the state of our democratic institutions and values to share their thoughts or simply sit with them in community. This is a shared space for reflection and conversation, not a protest or rally, so there will be no signs or speeches.

When you arrive, you will be invited to fill out cards in response to prompts like:

  • What brought you here tonight?
  • What worries you?
  • What do you hope for?
  • What do you do to stay centered?

We will alternate between volunteers reading selected cards aloud and offering space for small group conversations.

Gathering for Democracy is being organized by a group of Yarmouth and Cumberland residents. The event is free and all are welcome. Please bring a camp chair or picnic blanket, and a lantern if you have one, and join us on August 6 at 6:30 p.m. near the stage in Royal River Park, Yarmouth.

Free parking is available at 111 E. Elm Street (closest), 30 Mill Street, and 52 School Street
