I can’t believe it. It’s almost beyond my comprehension. I’m back in Centerville, Ohio attending my 50th High School Class Reunion! How is that possible? How is it possible for 50 years to race by in such short order? I know that many of you can relate to the feeling that things are happening more and more quickly. But this seems just ridiculous!

Preview Sunday for Children, Youth, and Choristers

Kick off the school year with Kids’ Church, followed by the Annual Blessing of the Backpacks during the 11 am service. All children, youth, parents, and caregivers are invited to join us for lunch afterward. Come meet with clergy and staff and connect with other families in the St. Bart’s community!



Voter Mobilization: Postcard Party III

Join us for another Postcard Party with Reclaim Our Vote! All materials will be provided. ROV is a non-partisan, grassroots, volunteer effort with the Center For Common Ground to empower voters of color in upcoming elections. In Solemn Remembrance of September 11, 2001

Wednesday, September 11 at 11 am


On the twenty-third anniversary of September 11, 2001, St. Bart's will once again offer a service of Holy Eucharist in solemn remembrance of all who died on that day. Both in-person and online worshipers are welcome. Members of the New York City Fire Department will be in attendance. The Right Reverend Dean E. Wolfe, Rector, will preach. All are welcome.

LGBTQ+ Film Series

Friday, September 13 at 6 pm


Film professor and St. Bart's parishioner Anthony Perrotto hosts a bimonthly film series with an introduction, important insights, and commentary for each screening, all with LGBTQ+ themes. On September 13 we will watch Behind the Candelabra an American biographical comedy-drama television film directed by Steven Soderbergh.
