If you would like to preview the scripture lessons and hymns for the upcoming Sunday, you can find Sunday's bulletin uploaded to the parish website each week on Thursday afternoon. From the home page of the website, scroll down to the colorful "Worship" icon, and click on that. Then scroll to the bottom of the "Worship" page and you will see where the bulletins for Sunday have been posted under "Downloads".

Please be reminded that no member of our parish staff will ever email you asking for money or gift cards. If you receive an email purporting to be from Chad or any member of our staff asking you for money or gift cards, please be alert to the scam. Always check the email address of the sender if you suspect the email may be scam. Emails from St. Bede's staff will always come from "@stbedes.org" email accounts.
Also, please rest assured that our church database and email accounts have not been hacked.

Young Adult Fellowship
(20's - 30's)
Are you a St. Bede's young adult? Are you interested in helping us organize a young adult fellowship group? If so, please join us for our first organizational meeting!
Who: St. Bede's Young Adults (20's - 30's)
When: Sunday, July 13 after 10 am Worship
Where: Room M110
What to bring: Just bring yourself and any ideas you have for ways the program could be fun and meaningful for you. Of course, you are welcomed to bring a friend, if you like!

| Summer Campers to Camp Mikell | |
Six St. Bede’s Youth will head to Camp Mikell (our diocesan camp near Toccoa, Georgia) this summer for fun, formation, and other life-changing adventures.
Our Youth will be supported by funds from the Ryan Hayn Memorial Scholarship Fund – a living memorial established by Ryan’s family to help support transformative experiences for the youth of our parish. Much of the need has been met for this year’s camp scholarships, but donations are always welcomed to help support other experiences such as summer camp scholarships, youth travel scholarships, youth service projects, and participation in Diocesan Youth programs such as New Beginnings and Happening. Gifts can be designated for “Ryan Hayn Scholarship Fund” or made through Realm.

Finding Healing
for Our Divided Country
Now meeting weekly
on Monday evenings on Zoom

An RSVP to Muriel for this in-person meeting is kindly requested.
A discussion group, grounded in prayer, for those who have questions, concerns, and emotions that feel too big, and need a safe place to process with others.
We will see what participants need from this group. Perhaps it will just be a place to express what you are feeling, or maybe some will want to know what action can be taken.
And we will pray together.
Some questions to consider:
How are you doing, and what are you feeling?
Where are you in terms of processing changing public policy?
How can we live the values of our faith
in the face of conflicting public policy?

Outreach Opportunities
June 1 - 22
During the month of June we will be collecting breakfast bars and monetary donations for Red Cards for Casa Alterna to distribute to immigrants.
Collection bins are located in the Commons.
Our goal is a collection for 3,000 cards for $285.
July 6 – 27
We will be collecting school supplies and recruiting volunteers for NETWorks Back 2 School Store.

Invitation to Prayer Shawl Ministry
Prayer shawls are used to provide comfort, acknowledge joy or appreciation, say goodbye, or any other reason to share God’s love. They may be used in prayer, and the act of making them is prayer. Making them with friends is church.
Currently, a prayer shawl group meets one morning and one evening a month. You are invited to attend one or both meetings.

As violence escalates in Ukraine, over one million people have already fled the country — and the borders are flooded with many more people desperate to leave.
Almost all of them are women and children who have had to seek safety on their own, leaving their husbands, fathers, brothers and sons behind.
As this crisis continues to evolve, we are working with Anglican agencies and our other partners to provide humanitarian assistance, and urgently ask for your help.
Your emergency gift today will support our immediate response, providing cash, blankets, hygiene supplies and other needs as this crisis unfolds.
Our faith networks are currently on the ground in the border areas of Poland, Hungary and Romania, and we will continue to coordinate with them in order to help those who have been displaced. Specifically, our partner ACT Alliance is helping families on the Hungarian border, and our Anglican partners are mobilizing both an immediate and long-term response in Poland, Romania and Hungary.
