MEMORIAL DAY

Our Parish Office will be closed on Monday, May 29th, in observance of the Memorial day holiday.

There will only be a 9:00 AM Mass that morning. The church building will be closed after Mass.

ST. BERNARDINE'S PARISH PICNIC

Sunday, June 4th

12:30PM - 4PM

You are all invited to "be our guests" at this year's Parish Picnic. Bring blankets, canopies, umbrellas, and your desire to have fun! There will be food, drinks, activities for the kids, music, and fun to be had by all on our Parish lawn.

We are seeking donations of beverages (bottled water, soda, etc) and desserts for the event. Beverages can be dropped off at the Parish Office anytime before the event. Desserts should be brought that day, June 4th, to the dessert table.

Volunteers wanted for that day! Elementary School parents can have these hours counted towards next school year's hours. Volunteers needed for set-up, serving, kids activities, and clean up. To volunteer, please contact our Parish Office at (818) 888-8200 or parishoffice@stbernardine.org

Join us Thursday nights from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM in the Parish Hall. We will watch and discuss each episode of this outstanding video series. Refreshments provided.

ST. BERNARDINE'S SCHOOL

SPRING CONCERT, OPEN HOUSE, & STEM EXPO!

Please join us on Thursday, May 25th for St. Bernardine school's Spring Concert, Open House and STEM Expo! Bring a picnic dinner to the grass field for the Spring Concert starting at 5:00 PM. School classrooms will be open from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM; and our STEM Expo will be taking place in the Parish Hall. The Book fair will also be taking place in the Music Room at school. We hope you'll stop by!

The Rosary is prayed Monday - Friday following the 8:30AM Mass. There are no sessions before any scheduled funerals.

We hope you will join us.

Youth Ministry Nite

No Meeting on 5/24.

The last meeting will be

These nights include fun games, snacks, a discussion on our faith,

prayer, and service projects.

OUR PARISH LIBRARY IS OPEN

The Parish Library is now open after the 10AM and 11:30AM Sunday Masses. Stop by to see our collection of Christian books, DVDs, CDs, and magazines. We also have a children's section. To celebrate, we will have free books from our overstock and back issues of Christian magazines. Please stop by and see us!

FAITH FORMATION

We are growing! And we need you! We just completed a wonderful year of faith formation with over 90 children and their families. Three of our classrooms this past year were at capacity. We don't want to turn any children away this year, so we need new volunteers! The success of the Faith Formation of your children is due to the generosity and dedication of volunteers. These volunteers, who become Catechists, classroom aides, or program aides, share their faith and love for Jesus. As you nurture the faith of our young, you will learn and grow as well!! As one long-time catechist put it, "I learn so much from the children!" We provide you with training, materials, and support.
