Summer Assignments in Reading and Math
St. Cecilia Catholic School teachers and administration are committed to offering your children opportunities to practice skills throughout the summer months. We value the progress and growth your children have made during this school year, and it is more important than ever to maintain those skills.  The assignments we are providing are not intended to be new learning, but rather a review of skills in reading and math that they have learned throughout this past year.

Please note, this year we are separating the Summer Math Assignment into three groups:
  • Kinder through 3rd Grades (Rising 1st - 4th Grades) will complete a Mathletics assignment.
  • 4th grade (rising 5th Grade) will complete an IXL Math assignment.
  • 5th through 7th grades (Rising 6th - 8th Grades) will complete a Khan Academy assignment.

The Summer Reading Assignment; however, is similar to what we have done in the past.

Please read the links below carefully for details. Thank you for helping us deliver these learning development opportunities for your children.

(students who just completed Kdg-3rd grades)

(students who just completed 4th grade)

(students who just completed 5th-7th grades.

If you have any questions, please contact the teacher who assigned the work. For additional assistance, please email Monique Smith, Cindy Orlando, or Diane Blackman.

Sports Consent and Physical Forms
For all students participating in St. Cecilia Catholic School sports this year, the Archdiocese requires that each student turns in the Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation (Consent and Physical form). All consent and physical forms must be submitted to the school before students can participate in practices or games.

Download the Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form here.

After the form is completed, please upload it to the school via this online form. Forms are only accepted online so the school has an electronic copy for both the Athletic Department and the Clinic. Please do not print and turn them in to coaches.

The consent and physical form and links can always be found on our Athletics page on our school website.
