  • Lunch Account: Make a deposit into your student's lunch account. Note: A $1.95 flat service fee will be added to each Food Service transaction made on-line. Deposits to multiple student/staff accounts may be make under a single transaction. This transaction fee was absorbed by the school with FeePay, SCPA's old fee-pay platform, but is not a viable option with SchoolPay.
  • Technology & Background Check Fees: The Technology & Background Check fees totaling $21 per student have been approved for the 2019-2020 school year. This is listed as '19/20 Class Fee' when paying on SchoolPay. (These are fees which are not specifically permitted or prohibited by MN Statute; the fees were presented at a public hearing and adopted by the SCPA Board on July 23, 2019.) Fees for families with more than 4 students will be capped at $84 per family.
  • 19/20 Community Supplies: Simplify your middle school and/or upper school back to school checklist by simply making a donation for community supplies. Go to 'School Payments' and then '19/20 Community Supply Donations'.

Required Health Forms for 2019-2020 School Year
The Health Office needs updated immunizations, physicals and medication forms each school year. All forms can be found on the Prep website under Health Services. For immunizations, either the website form or a print out of your clinic's form is acceptable. If your student has medical exemptions to immunizations the website form must be completed and signed by the physician. If your family conscientiously objects to immunizations the website form needs to be completed and notarized. Physical exams are encouraged according to your healthcare provider's recommendations. Athletes are required to have a physical on file and updated every three years. Any changes to your student's health should be reported to the Health Office. For students who have asthma, life-threatening allergies, diabetes, seizures or other chronic health issues, health specific forms must be completed each school year (asthma action plan, allergy action plan, etc). These forms need to be completed by a physician and are on the website. All forms should be turned in to the Main Office where they will be immediately routed to the Health Office. You can also email them directly to the school nurse or have the clinic fax them to 651-395-5901.

If you have any questions please contact the Licensed School Nurse, Candace Westlund.

Students must have the proper immunization form updated and on file in the Health Office in order to attend the first day of classes. This is not a new requirement, but it is new to 12th grade as the State of Minnesota has not been enforcing the law requirement until this school year.
  • Lower School Immunizations - Kindergarten: be sure we have the kindergarten series of dates
  • Middle School Immunizations - 7th grade: need Tdap and meningococcal
  • Upper School Immunizations - 12th grade: need documentation of 2nd meningococcal
