Dear ,
Well another school year is well underway. It was great seeing so many families, old and new, come out to St. Cyril's School Community BBQ. This event just keeps getting bigger and better year over year. In addition to the food, games, bouncy castle and face painting, this year we also had live music, a fire truck, police car, RCMP constable and horse. This event could not have been made possible had it not been for the many parent and student volunteers, teachers and staff (special shout out to Mr. Bernotas, Madame Leone and caretaker Mr. Rex).

Thank you to our parent volunteers including:  Alina Chystova, Ana Carbonneau, Anna Chan, Claudia Belsue, Claudia Jones, Elisha Lem, Elizabeth Zalvaga, Griselda Lopez, Janet Hailemariam, Janice Pontino, Lisa Kong, Liz Espinoza, Luzie Belaro, Mamadou Bakayodo, Michael Brunetti, Moena Baldeon, Monica Quintero, Mr. and Mrs. Solorzano, Pat Rankin, Philip Doyle, Raymond Mallozzi, Rohit Jaitley, Shirley Kmecz, Susan Lerch, Taharah Redhead, Webern Walcien

A SPECIAL Thank you goes out to BBQ organizer Patricia Cornejo who devoted countless hours creating games, collecting prizes to give out and setting up the event!!
CSPC is made up of a group of parent/guardians working with the community, teachers and school to foster the education of our children. We recognize that not everyone can commit to sitting on the council but there are other ways to be involved. If you have a special skill (e.g, web design, grant writing, fundraising, etc..) or have an idea for the school, we are interested in hearing from you. All parent/guardians are welcome in participating in CSPC activities/decision making, not just the ones who sit on the committee.

Come out to one of our monthly meetings to see what it's all about. Meetings are usually held on the first Tuesday of every month in the school library from 7 - 9 PM.
Upcoming CSPC meetings:   November 1, December 6, January 10, February 7, March 7, April 4,  May 2 and June 6
