St. David School Mission Statement

It is the mission of St. David of Wales Catholic School to consistently provide a safe environment for academic and spiritual growth. Rooted in Catholic beliefs and values our school prioritizes academic achievement and builds moral and social responsibility. We cultivate global citizens in a culturally diverse community, while promoting Catholic values and respect for all of God’s creations.

Dear St. David Families,

This November has been a neaningful time of reflection, gratitude, and preparation as we work together to ensure a safe, faith-centered, and nurturing environment for our students. We would like to extend a sincere thank you to all our families for your cooperation during our recent evacuation drill. Practicing these safety measures is essential to protecting our community, and we're grateful for your support and partnership in prioritizing our students' well-being.

As we continue to grow and improve, we have began the transition from Curacubby to Brightwheel. This new platform will enhance convenience for families by providing an easy-to-use billing and communication system. You'll be receiving setup instructions soon, and we thank you for your patience and cooperation as we make this change.

Congratulations to the Golden Bear Award recipieints, who exemplify our schoolwide learning expectation of being Blessed! These students have shown dedication in participating in our Church community, making good choices rooted in moral values, and embracing our Catholic teachings. Their commitment to faith, kindness, and integrity inspires us all.

This week, as we honor Veteran's Day, we are reminded of the courage, selflessness, and dedication of those who serve our country. Their sacrifices allow us to enjoy the freedom to gather, learn, and grow together as a Catholic community. Let us keep them in our prayers, grateful for the peace and opportunities we cherish.

Thank you, as always, for your continued partnership and trust. May this month be a time of reflection, gratitude, and service for all of us.

Yours in faith,

Mr. Swanson & Ms. Medrano
