Dear St. David Families,

Welcome back to our 8th graders from their incredible week at CYO Caritas! We are grateful they had the opportunity to experience this retreat, growing closer to God, nature, and one another. These moments remind us of the importance of taking time to reflect on our faith and deepen our relationship with Christ. We hope their journey has sparked new insights and strengthened their role as leaders within our school community.

A heartfelt thank you to our adult volunteers for choosing to spend a week with the Class of 2025, Bryana McBride-Low and Scott Yeager. Your time, care, and support made this experience unforgettable. We are grateful for your dedication to our students and the St. David community!

As the weather begins to cool, we are reminded of the rhythm of the seasons and God's presence in every change. Just as nature prepares for a time of rest and renewal, we, too, are called to slow down and reflect. This aligns with what we hoped our 8th graders were able to do at Caritas-- find God in all things--even in the quiet moments of our daily lives. Let us embrace this shift as an opportunity to practice gratitude, kindess, and mindfulness, knowing that God's love sustains us through every season.

Thank you or your continued support and partnership. Stay warm, stay blessed, and most of all - stay Bear Strong!

Yours in faith,

Mr. Swanson & Ms. Medrano
