St. David School Mission Statement

It is the mission of St. David of Wales Catholic School to consistently provide a safe environment for academic and spiritual growth. Rooted in Catholic beliefs and values our school prioritizes academic achievement and builds moral and social responsibility. We cultivate global citizens in a culturally diverse community, while promoting Catholic values and respect for all of God’s creations.

Dear St. David Families,

Happy New Year! As we step into 2025 with renewed hearts and minds, we are filled with gratitude for the blessings that the Christmas season has brought to our school community. This week, we celebrated the Feast of the Epiphany, or Three Kings' Day, a beautiful reminder of the journey of the Magi to honor the infant Jesus. Jus as the three kings offered their gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh, we are called to offer our talents, time, and hearts in service to God and one another.

The start of a new year is always a time for reflection and renewal. It is an opportunity for us to set new goals, both individually and as a school community, and to recommit ourselves to our shared mission of academic excellence, spiritual growth, and service to others. Let us approach 2025 with the same faith and determination as the Magi, trusting that God's light will guide us.

We are also eagerly preparing for Catholic Schools Week, which begins on January 26, 2025. This special week is a celebration of the unique value that Catholic education brings to our students, families, and communities. Our theme of Bear Strong: Together we Achieve, reminds us of the incredible partnership between our school, parish, and families. Stay tuned for details about the exciting activities and events planned to highlight the wonderful spirit of St. David of Wales Catholic School!

As we move forward together, let us remember that our strength comes from our unity and shared faith. Thank you for your continued support and dedication to our school's mission. May this new year bring abundant blessings to you and your families.

Yours in faith,

Mr. Swanson & Ms. Medrano

We warmly invite all families to join us for the special Catholic Schools Week Mass at St. David of Wales Catholic School! This is a wonderful opportunity for our children to participate in a meaningful celebration of faith, helping them grow spiritually.

We encourage you to complete the participation form —let's ensure our scholars shine bright during this beautiful week of celebration! After all, the more, the merrier—because nothing embodies our mission more than coming together in faith and fellowship!

Our 6th Grade Girls Volleyball team had TWO games coming back from Christmas break! The team has been hard at work during the break practicing and honing in on their volleyball skills.

Look out for Track & Field and Girls Basketball sign-ups!
