The St. David of Wales main office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm starting on August 12th. We encourage you to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance with any part of the registration process. Our team is here to support you!

FAMILY/ STUDENT HANDBOOK

Our St. David Family Handbook is an important resource that outlines important policies, procedures, and expectations for the year. Please take note of some of the changes such as lunch deliveries, attendance, and on-campus visits. Please take the time to review it thoroughly with your family and students. It will help ensure a smooth and successful school year.

FORMS AND REGISTRATION

To start the year off strongly, we ask that all parents complete the necessary forms as soon as possible. These include Disaster and the Family Handbook Acknowledgement form. Completing these promptly helps us maintain accurate records and ensures the safety and well-being of all our students.

The Emergency/Health Information and Technology User Agreements were completed at the time of registration. If you have any questions about these--please don't hesitate to contact the Main Office.

HOT LUNCH PROGRAM

We are thrilled to announce that starting this school year, we will be transitioning to Ordo as our new hot lunch provider. Ordo is committed to offering a variety of nutritious and delicious meals that cater to all our students’ dietary needs. We believe this change will enhance the overall lunchtime experience for our Bear scholars, providing them with appealing options to fuel their minds and bodies for the day. UNIFORM

Leftside Printing Pricing Leftside Printing continues to make sure that the polos and sweatshirts with the new logo are available. Our uniform policy from the 2024-25 Family Handbook. 

Uniform Policy- School Uniforms can be purchased at Leftside Printing (Link to Website HERE) (polos, sweatshirts, outerwear, hats) or Dennis Uniform (Jumpers, skorts, skirts). CURACUBBY TUITION PAYMENTS

We continue to partner with Curacubby for tuition and Willows payments. This platform provides a secure and convenient way to manage payments throughout the school year. If you haven’t already, please make sure your account is set up and ready to go before the first payment is due (August 5). 

We are aware of the incorrect invoice notices that went out. We  worked with Curacubby to correct them and you should have received your correct invoice over the summer.  No late charges will be applied for August.

SUPPLY LISTS

Supply lists for each grade level are now available on our school website Faculty & Supply List Link Please ensure that your child has all the necessary supplies by the first day of school.

TEACHER INTRODUCTIONS

By August 16th, you can expect to hear from your student’s teacher. They will be reaching out to introduce themselves and provide you with important information about the upcoming year, including class expectations, communication methods, and more.
