GOOD FRIDAY – MARCH 29

HOLY SATURDAY – MARCH 30

7:30 p.m. – The Great Vigil of Easter, livestreamed

Bring your bells for the proclamation of Easter at the Great Vigil! After the service, all are invited to the Feast of Milk and Honey in Sumners Hall to celebrate Christ's resurrection and enjoy sweet treats.

EASTER SUNDAY – MARCH 31

Bring a flower for the Easter cross.

  • 7:30 a.m. – Holy Eucharist, Rite I
  • Please note our first service is a half-hour earlier than our usual schedule.
  • 9 a.m. – Holy Eucharist, Rite II
  • 10 a.m. – Easter Cookie Reception, Sumners Hall
  • 10:30 a.m. – Butterfly and Ladybug Release, Labyrinth
  • 11:15 a.m. – Holy Eucharist, Rite II, livestreamed
  • 12:15 p.m. – Parish Potluck, Bethell Hall
  • Chef Ray invites you to make salads, side dishes, Easter cookies, and desserts (four servings) Email chefray@stdave.org to sign up.

The church building will be closed for a staff holiday Monday, April 1.

Celebrate the birth and legacy of civil and labor rights hero César Chávez. On April 7, I-35 to 8th Street should be the best route to church avoiding the Statesman Capitol 10K road closures.

Commemorate the announcement by the angel Gabriel to Mary that she would be the mother of God's Son, Jesus, and Mary's assent in faith to God's invitation.

Have you registered our Iftar Dinner? Our hosts, the Dialogue Institute of Austin, are planning how much food to bring for this special event.

Prepare the NEW children’s vegetable garden and spruce up the Day School playground.

Local rap artist Chucky BLK, will start off our series for National Poetry Month.

ATTEND TRINITY CENTER'S FUNDRAISING EVENT

Thursday, April 11

5:30-7:30 p.m., Bethell Hall, Tickets: $125 (Select Barbara Jordan sub-fund)

This is Trinity Center's most important fundraiser of the year. All proceeds will support those struggling with homelessness and poverty in downtown Austin.

LEGACY SUNDAY

Sunday, April 14 8:30-11:15 a.m., Sumners Hall
