In honor of the Feast of St. Francis, all are welcome to events and celebrations happening on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2022: a blessing of animals (plus tours, music and games) at Prairiewoods Franciscan Spirituality Center from 1 to 5 p.m. in Hiawatha, Iowa, and a pet blessing at Villa St. Joseph from 1:30 to 2 p.m. in La Crosse, Wisconsin. These events are free and open to the public. Can't attend but want to participate? Visit fspa.org where you can purchase pet supplies for donation to the Coulee Region Humane Society.
