What to Notice During Your High School Visit
| |
Fall is the perfect season to explore St. Francis High School. Whether you attend an Open House, Shadow Day, or personal tour, each visit gives you the chance to see how your family connects with our community, and that connection matters. As you experience SFHS this fall, here are four qualities I encourage you to look for:
Sparkles with Success
Tony Robbins once said, “If we surround ourselves with people who are successful, who are forward-moving, who are positive, who are focused on producing results, who support us, it will challenge us to be more and do more and share more.” At SFHS, you’ll see exactly that. Notice the attitudes, processes, and support systems in place, all designed to help students grow and thrive.
Elevates Everyone
As a National Blue Ribbon School, St. Francis High School is committed to educating the whole person. We celebrate academic strengths while nurturing personal growth, ensuring every student is encouraged, supported, and challenged to become their best.
Feels Positive
Pay attention to the interactions you see; students with teachers, teachers with administrators, and classmates with each other. These relationships reveal the spirit of our school: a culture where people support, encourage, and challenge one another in ways that lead to real success.
Feels Right
Trust your instincts. The sense of belonging you feel in a place is powerful. At SFHS, students develop academically, socially, spiritually, and personally—an environment that truly helps them grow into their fullest selves.
High school success is a partnership. I always encourage families to consider not only what SFHS can offer your student, but also how your student might contribute to our community. Here, they can build a legacy while preparing confidently for college and beyond.
Register for events, or schedule a time to talk with me, and soon you’ll discover your connection with SFHS.
I look forward to welcoming you on campus!
Pace e Bene—Peace and all good.

Patrick Jacobsen, Director of Admissions
