At St. Francis High School, students aren’t just faces in the hallway, they’re known, supported, and genuinely cared for. Because of our 16:1 student-to-teacher ratio, teachers have the time to build real relationships with their students. They notice who loves a challenge and those who might benefit from a little extra encouragement. More importantly, they meet students where they are and help them grow into who they’re meant to be.

With a small student-to-counselor ratio, our counselors truly get to know each student, not just their schedules, but their goals, challenges, and interests. Whether it’s planning future courses, navigating a tough week, or talking through college and career options, students always have someone in their corner.

Personal connections are part of everyday life at St. Francis High School. Catholic education has long understood that small moments of care, consistently practiced, can shape a student’s confidence and sense of belonging. At SFHS, those moments happen naturally, every day.



With an average student-to-teacher ratio of 16:1, attention isn’t scheduled, it’s simply how learning works. A teacher notices when a student seems disengaged and checks in after class.
