Community Day- Oct. 11th

This is part of the Faith Leaders & RPD collaborative initiative where we’re working on being proactive by catching people at their most vulnerable times because the best way to fight the violence and mentality that causes crime, homicides, depression, etc. is to catch it before it happens or before it gets too bad.

This Thursday Book Club

Rees Howells, Intercessor by Normon Grubb is a life changing book about Rees Howelle. God used Rees Howells to impact revival and change lives through his surrendered life to Christ and prayer.

Consider coming to Book Club the morning of October 2nd at 10:00 in the Welcoming Center ( Parlor) for part 2 of the insightful discussion of Reel Howells.

Lunch will follow those whose schedules allow. All are Welcome!

Laughter & Lunch

Each month L&L meets on the second Thursday of the month. This month the group will meet on Oct. 9th at 11:30 at the home of Karen Wild. We shall begin our meeting over lunch with prayer and reflection. Bring your bag lunch. Afterward the group will enjoy "inner jogging" by sharing funny stories, one liners, and memories. Call or text Karen Wild at (804) 512-3581 if you would like to come.

Dunamis Project: Gateways to Empowered Ministry

Our own Keith Hill will be teaching at this event along with some other very anointed leaders. If you want to an in-depth, sytematic teaching on the person and work of the Holy Spirit, or are looking for an opportunity to have some set apart time for the work of the Lord in your life, consider this conference!
