Laughter therapy happens when those wonderful endorphins flow when you laugh! God revealed the truth that "Laughter is good medicine " in Proverbs 17:22 long before science announced this God given truth! The monthly meeting of Laughter and Lunch will meet as usual on the second Thursday, (November 12) at 11:30 at the home of Susan Herring . If you are interested in coming, call or text Susan at 804 514 1621 for details.

With fall approaching, all our friends in Southwest Virginia are going to need warm clothes and shoes. The clothing bin is outside the church office.

Also, our friends who need food from the food pantry are still in need. So, the next time you are in the grocery store, please pick up a few items for the pantry. This bin is in the foyer across from the office.
