Student Recital at St James

This Sunday, December 8 @ 4:00 pm

Students from Corinne's Recorder Studio showcase solo and ensemble pieces from the Renaissance and Baroque periods for soprano, alto, tenor, and bass recorders. With guest mezzo soprano Gerladine Powers Steen, organist Gwangwon Park, and viola da gambist, Janet Cannon.

Your presence at this concert is a way we support our neighbors around us, so please come.

Advent Compline

Mondays on Zoom @ 7:00-7:30pm

December 9, 16, & 23

The Compline service from the Book of Common Prayer will be used, followed by a presentation of a reading and a reflection. This will be a short service offering a quiet, reflective time and the end of the day. Advent is the opening of the church year and special attention should be paid to moments offered to connect with God and each other. Hope to have you with us.

Memorial Service for Deb Wilson

A Memorial Service for our much loved and long-time member, Deborah Wilson, will be held at St. James’ on Saturday, January 11, at 11 am, followed by a celebratory gathering in the parish hall, per the wishes of Deborah who wanted us to remember her with great joy.

Help us re-home Deb Wilson's cats.

Because of their age, we would prefer to keep them from going to the Humane Society. Please help us re-home 2 Adult cats - 1 male, 1 female. Indoor, not declawed, male is more social of the two. Separate homes fine. If you are interested or would like more information, see Wendy Arntson
