Children ages 5-11 years old (including those born in 2016) in postal code M4X, M4Y, M5A and M5B can book for a children’s COVID vaccine at St. James Town, Wellesley Community Centre – 495 Sherbourne Street.  
Adults (18+) & adolescents (ages 12-1) who reside in M postal codes can also book COVID vaccine appointments. Click here to book an appointment.

You can get tested for COVID-19 at The Corner every Tuesday 12:30-4:30 PM until December 7th.
