Invite * Welcome * Connect: Invite

Invite = Evangelism. This concept makes many Episcopalians uncomfortable. How are we doing, inviting others into our church community, and into community with God? How comfortable are we in sharing our beliefs aloud to others, and taking the step to include them in our faith life? We will discuss these questions and more in the coming months, as we embark on a new ministry: Invite * Welcome * Connect. Stay tuned for more information, and if you'd like to check it out yourself, visit , visit IWC here.

Did you know?
In addition to the array of Sunday worship options, there are many ways to get involved and get to know wonderful people in our parish. Options include book groups, Bible studies, field trips, music ministries, pilgrimages, special events, servant ministries, and all kinds of fellowship events. Stewardship Update
This year our emphasis is on increasing the number of participants in our annual giving effort with a goal of 650. To date we have 582 pledges totaling $2,036,330 , so we are 68 pledges from our goal. No pledge is too small - our church is fueled by many who give what they are able. Together we sustain the vital ministries of St. James's because annual pledge gifts make up 90% of our operating budget. If you haven't yet made a gift commitment for 2020, it's a beautiful gesture of your faith, and easy using this link.
