Hymn of Praise
Maker, in Whom We Live # 88
Maker, in whom we live,
 in whom we are and move,
the glory, power, and praise receive
 for thy creating love.
Let all the angel throng
 give thanks to God on high,
while earth repeats the joyful song
 and echoes to the sky.

Incarnate Deity,
 let all the ransomed race
render in thanks their lives
 to thee for thy redeeming grace.
The grace to sinners showed
 ye heavenly choirs proclaim,
and cry, “Salvation to our God,
 salvation to the Lamb!”

Spirit of Holiness,
 let all thy saints adore
Thy sacred energy, and bless
 thine heart renewing power.
Not angel tongues can tell
 thy love’s ecstatic height,
the glorious joy unspeakable,
the beatific sight.

Prayer of Intercession

Prayer of Confession
God of mercy and grace, day after day you bless us with the gift of seventh chances as you grant us forgiveness and pick us up from our stumbles. Thank you for your patience and for the depths of your steadfast love. We know these are the marks of your kingdom, Lord; still we struggle to extend to others the mercy we receive. Forgive us, God, for our self-righteous tendencies and hardness of heart. Strengthen us to forgive each other, such that the grace and reconciliation of Christ may be revealed to all. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Hymn
Wonderful, Merciful Savior
Wonderful, merciful Savior,
 Precious Redeemer and friend;
Who would have thought that a Lamb could
 Rescue the souls of men?
Oh, You rescue the souls of men.

You are the One that we praise,
 You are the One we adore,
You give the healing and grace,
 Our hearts always hunger for,
Oh, our hearts always hunger for.

Counselor, Comforter, Keeper,
 Spirit we long to embrace;
You offer hope when our hearts have
 hopelessly lost the way,
Oh, we hopelessly lost the way.

You are the One that we praise,
 You are the One we adore,
You give the healing and grace,
 Our hearts always hunger for,
Oh, our hearts always hunger for.

Almighty, infinite Father,
 faithfully loving Your own;
Here in our weakness You find us
 falling before Your throne,
Oh, we’re falling before Your throne.

You are the One that we praise,
 You are the One we adore,
You give the healing and grace,
 Our hearts always hunger for,
Oh, our hearts always hunger for.

Sermon
Life in the Kingdom: Life of Forgiveness
Pastor Brad

Hymn
Freely, Freely #389
God forgave my sin in Jesus’ name,
 I’ve been born again in Jesus’ name,
and in Jesus’ name I come to you,
 to share his love as he told me to.

He said, “Freely, freely you have received,
freely, freely give.
Go in my name, and because you believe,
others will know that I live.”

All power is given in Jesus’ name,
 in earth and heaven in Jesus’ name,
and in Jesus’ name I come to you,
 to share his power as he told me to.

He said, “Freely, freely you have received,
freely, freely give.
Go in my name, and because you believe,
others will know that I live.”
