St. Johns County is inviting residents and visitors to share their input through a public survey as part of the County’s Habitat Conservation Plan renewal process. The survey will be open from January 14 through February 14, 2026.
The Habitat Conservation Plan helps protect federally listed endangered species, including nesting sea turtles and native beach mice, while also allowing for public use and enjoyment of St. Johns County beaches. Public feedback will help guide the County in evaluating potential updates or improvements to the Habitat Conservation Plan and related beach management practices.
