St. Jude Rides: Advancing the Cure, Enriching Lives

By joining St. Jude Rides, you're doing more than raising funds—you’re advancing a mission that cares for the whole child, every step of the way. From groundbreaking research and lifesaving treatments to education, music, and art therapy, St. Jude continues to redefine what compassionate, comprehensive care looks like. To ensure every dollar you raise is contributed and maximized for the kids of St. Jude, we ask that you submit your expense forms for the Ride to Memphis. Expenses include hotels and gas for Thursday and Friday.

Mobile Check Deposit: The fundraising center offers participants the ability to deposit a check online (rather than going to the bank). This would lessen the need to enter offline donations as Mobile Check Deposits are automatically reflected in your online total. You can find this option using the "Deposit Check" button pictured below. This does need to be completed using a mobile phone.

Side Event Proposal Form

If you plan to host a side event for fundraising, you must fill out the "St. Jude Rides Event Proposal" form, which can be found HERE.

After submitting your form, you will hear back from a member of our team within two weeks informing of approval status for your event.

Logo/Brand Usage (for side events and regular usage)

For all St. Jude Rides side events, we request that the title of the event clearly indicates that the event is for St. Jude Rides (NOT just "St. Jude").

We require that the St. Jude Rides logo or St. Jude Rides specific satellite logo are used. The use of general St. Jude Children's Research Hospital logo NOT approved. If flyers or merchandise are being created, please send to the office for approval.
