A Message from the Principal...
Dear St. Louis Families,

What a blessing Christmas Break is! It is a reminder to all of us that the most significant event of mankind happened - - the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ! He is the breath of Heaven, the Savior of the world! I pray that all of you enjoy the Christmas break with your family and friends, and I look forward to being back with our students in the new year.

Just a reminder that break begins today and goes through January 2 nd ! The office and buildings are closed throughout the break. We will return to school on January 3rd in grades K-8 (and our preschoolers will return on January 4th).

Please make sure that your calendars are also marked for another short break in January. These days have been noted on the calendar since the summer, but we know that reminders are helpful. We have an 11:30 dismissal on Wednesday, January 16th (there WILL be afterschool EDC that day); and there will be no school on Thursday, January 17th and Friday January 18th. Our teachers will be having diocesan professional development days with a full overnight staff retreat in West Virginia and then the March for Life in Washington, DC. This is followed by no school on Monday, January 21 st , which is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Because we understand that working families may need some assistance on those unusual days off, there is a Baroody Camp option to be held in McClunn Hall on January 16th and 17th (see attachment for sign-up details).

See you in 2019! Peace and Merry Christmas!

Spirit Dinner at Primo Family Restaurant - Monday, Jan. 7
January 7 is very soon after we come back from break. No one will want to cook. Let's eat pizza! Come to our next Spirit Dinner. This one will be at the popular Primo's restaurant on Belle View Blvd from 5-8 PM. This is a great place to hang out and socialize as we have a private room for our event for everyone to catch up and share their holiday adventures. There will be unlimited salad, drink, and pizza for $10 per person (CASH ONLY). Bring the hungry tweens and teenagers and their friends!
