Our next Men’s Breakfast will be on a new date:
Saturday, May 31st.
Jeff Roberts will be speaking about messianic Judaism and the work of the oldest Christian mission to the Jewish community which is our own Anglican mission of CMJ. Jeff will be providing uplifting worship music during the Men’s Breakfast. This will be a great time of fellowship among Christian men.
Please join us outside under the Tent (weather permitting) for a great breakfast, talk and fellowship among Christian men this fifth Saturday of May (the 31st). Breakfast will be served at 8:30 AM.
About the Speaker:
Jeff Roberts is the Director of Partnerships and Fundraising for CMJ, the Church’s Ministry Among Jewish People. CMJ was formed in 1809 and is the oldest Jewish ministry in the world. It’s early supporters include William Wilberforce.
Jeff is the author of How to Talk with Jewish People about Jesus, The Secrets of the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Jewish Outreach Ministry Guide, and The Jewish/Christian Couples Handbook. Jeff is a long-time Jewish believer in Jesus/Yeshua. He was raised in a mostly non-religious Jewish home and gave his life to Jesus in 1986. Since then, Jeff has worshipped at Tikvat Yisrael Messianic Synagogue in Cleveland, Ohio where he has served as an elder, director of outreach, a youth pastor, and worship leader.
During his decades-long career as an entrepreneur, Jeff founded several small award-winning national companies and was a guest speaker on sales and marketing topics for IBM, Motorola, and numerous CEOs. In addition to his work with CMJ USA, Jeff is also the co-founder of the Messianic Jewish worship group Voice of the Shepherd which has recorded two albums of original Scripture-based, God-honoring music.

"The Reason for God"
Conversations on Faith and Life
We invite you to learn how to speak with people in our culture who share the common objections to the Christian faith. Join us after the service on Sunday for TIm Keller's "The Reason for God."
This video series responds to the questions of open skeptics and ardent believers, draws from literature, philosophy, reason, and real-life conversations to explain how faith in a Christian God is a sound and rational belief.
In six video sessions over nine weeks (with breaks for Mother’s Day, the Youth Mission Raffle, and Father’s Day) we will watch and listen as Pastor Timothy Keller and six panelists hold candid and unscripted discussions about the broad scope of people's discomforts with God, the Bible, and Christianity in general.
We will be challenged to wrestle with our friends' and neighbors' hardest questions and engage those questions in ways that will spark honest, enriching, and humbling dialogue.
The next session in this teaching series will be held after the worship service on Sunday, May 25th, in the Sanctaury.
