TeleCare ministry is a lay-led, lay-driven pastoral ministry that expresses the church's care and concern to every member. Come and find  out how you how you can be involved.  
Both sessions will be led by the Canon Timothy Dombek.  Signups are in the Gathering Hall.
Cruzando Fronteras
Thank you to everyone who has donated, organized, and transported items to the Phoenix metro drop off centers. Your generosity is making Christ known in our world. If you would like to make a donation, the following are items are needed: 

Blankets, Sleeping Bags, Pillows, Hotel Toiletries, Shampoo, Towels, Coloring Books (adult and children), Crayons, Backpacks, Spanish Language Bibles, Yarn, Needles, Crochet, Adult Sandals/Fliipflops, Adult Sneakers

Please drop off items (bagged in small enough sizes that can be easily carried) to the parish office during normal business hours. If you would like to financially contribute to this ministry, you can donate online  here. Thank you!
St. Luke's Concert Series
Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 2:30 pm
Requiem by Gabriel Faure'.

Featured will be the combined choirs of St. Luke's 
and the  Prescott United Methodist Church.
Presented with full orchestra and 60 singers 
with  soloists from the Choir.
Each of the  three concerts in the series is supported by free will offerings. Your  support is appreciated.

Both choirs serve their congregations each  Sunday with anthems. This concert is an opportunity for them to  present a work of larger proportions with full orchestra.
Jacob Gilbert, Director of Music at PUMC, is Jacob Gilbert a vibrant and  energetic young man. Dennis Houser is Director of Music at St. Luke's .   Please plan on joining us for the wonderful performance.

In April the Food Pantry served 177 individuals bringing the year to date total to 691.  We were given extra items by CCJ that we were able to share with the three food banks that Saint Luke's collects food for in the tune of 206 items and also donated 375 food items to Paulden Food Bank.  The PFB has graciously been supplying our Food Pantry with fruits and vegetables each week. We are continuing to serve new neighbors who have just found us. If you would like to assist with this Ministry, you may do so with a check (memo line: Food Pantry), or donations of grocery bags or food items. We are in need of jelly/jam, pancake mix and syrup, and ramen noodles at this time. Thank you for supporting Saint Luke's Weekend Food Pantry. 
FREE: Vacation Bible School
June 3rd to June 7th from 9:00 am to noon

Kids from 3 years old and up are invited!
Together we will look into the bible, God's Holy Word, to  discover that God is our Mighty Fortress, our Shield and our  Deliverer!
Step back in medieval time and wear your knight or princess  costume! It's going to be so much fun!   Bring your friends and make new ones!

Food Donation Program
Thank you for your continued support each week of the weekly food donation program which benefits  three area food banks The counting of the food takes place each Monday and then is divided up for the three food banks.

Altar flowers are given in thanksgiving for our many blessings or a special event, in memory of a loved one, or to the glory of God. They are an offering that enrich our worship space. You may sign-up on the Altar Flowers poster in the narthex.  The suggested donation is $55.00. This is a change due to increased cost (however, any donation is accepted). If you would like to have a person or event named here, please notify the office.
