St. Luke's Weekly Epistle
Week of April 15 , 2018
TAKE HOME A LILY AFTER THE SERVICE
Brighten your home, inside or out, with a lily.
Please leave the drip tray here so that we can reuse it next year.

In-Gathering is May 13!
UTO encourages people to notice the good things that happen each day, give thanks to God for those blessings and make an offering for each blessing using an UTO Blue Box (available in the Gathering Hall).  100% of what is collected is distributed to support mission and ministry throughout The Episcopal Church and Provinces of the Anglican Communion.
Prescott Chorale Performance April 21
Inspiring Music: Heroes and History
The next performance of the Prescott Chorale will be on Saturday, April 21, at 3 p.m. at St. Luke's. Tickets will be sold in the Gathering Hall on Sunday, April 15!

Inspired by the genius of musicians who preceded him, Josef Gabriel Rheinberger created his Mass in C Major for chorus. 125 years later, Rene' Clausen found inspiration in the events of 9-11 for his beautiful Memorial in remembrance of those who died and those who live on.

For more information or to purchase tickets, visit  prescottchorale.org.
Reasons to be Episcopalian
We have a faith not afraid to reason and reason not ashamed to adore.
The seasons are color coded.
We believe that love without justice is cheap sentimentality.
Our eighth sacrament:  Fellowship and Good Food.
God loves you and there's not a thing you can do to change that.
I love our church because we have poetry in our Prayer Book and in our Hymnal..
