—Bollywood Night, Saturday, September 21. Join us for the next India-themed social, Bollywood Night from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Enjoy fellowship, Indian cuisine and entertainment from Suvi, a popular pop star in India, all for $20 pp, payable upon sign-up. Wear India attire, or come as you are. Adults and teens only, please. FALL PREVENTION AWARENESS DAY
raises awareness on how to prevent fall-related injuries among older adults. To recognize the day, the Health Ministries team, lead by Katie Boss, DPT and fellow physical therapists, will be hosting a fall prevention awareness clinic on Sun., Sept. 22. Attendees will be screened for their fall risk, learn home safety tips, identify fall prevention strategies and discover evidence-based prevention programs offered in OC. Caregivers of loved ones who are at risk are encouraged to join as well.
