Join Pastor Mark Davis and a host of Theologians for a round table discussion in the Fellowship Hall as part of our final EarthCare Presentation Childcare is provided. 

FAIR TRADE CHOCOLATE EGGS ARE HERE!   On Palm Sunday, the Peace and Justice Commission will offer both milk and dark chocolate eggs for $6 a bag.  Please look for their table on the patio to get your holiday candy gifts as well as information on why it’s important to buy Fair Trade. 

ONE GREAT HOUR OF SHARING:  The Offering will be collected and dedicated during worship on Palm Sunday, April 14. A gift to One Great Hour of Sharing enables the church to share God’s love with our neighbors-in-need around the world by providing relief to those affected by natural disasters, providing food to the hungry, and helping empower the poor and oppressed.

FAMILY PROMISE: We will be providing an  overview of the Family Promise program  and volunteer expectations at  11:00am, Sunday, April 14 in Fireside Room.   St. Mark will be hosting families in our Fellowship Hall from  April 28th to May 12  and  June 16th to June 30.  We need more volunteers for Overnight Hosting (7:30pm - 7:00am). You can volunteer with your spouse, friend, child, or we will help you find a co-host. Get more information at the meeting or sign up by e-mailing Cheryl Fischer at .  Most families move to transitional housing in less than 40 days. Help us, help them to secure housing!

PCH is the girl’s orphanage/children’s school in Kenya that St. Mark has been supporting the past few years. The orphanage now has about 50 girls and the school, K-12, has almost 600 students. The International Board of Directors is conducting their annual meeting this week in Claremont and two of the Kenyan Directors will be joining us during and after the Palm Sunday service. We will have a table on the patio where you can meet them, say “Hello,” and they can thank you for your support. Please plan to take some time to get to know them.

Maundy Thursday Worship, April 18, 7:00pm Join us for a service of contemplation and holy communion as we embrace the story of Jesus’ last supper.
Good Friday Worship, April 19, noon, at First Presbyterian Church in Orange St. Mark joins First, New Hope, and Canyon Hills Presbyterian Churches in a combined service remembering Jesus’ rejection, suffering, and death. 

Annual Easter Brunch and Egg Hunt, Saturday, April 20, 10:00–12:00pm  Come enjoy food, fellowship, and an egg hunt! We will have 400 candy-filled-eggs this year!!! EVERYONE IS WELCOME! Ham, bread, and drinks will be provided. Please bring a dessert or a side dish to share.

TWEENS AND YOUTH GROUP EVENT on Sunday, April 28 th 3:00-4:45pm: The Tween and Youth will hike the 1-mile shrine trail honoring the world’s major religions at the Vedanta Monastery, then afterwards debrief while we eat dinner at Round Table Pizza! St. Mark day at the ballpark has been established. It will be a 1:00 PM game on May 26 with the Texas Rangers. We will tailgate before the game by the Big A sign in the parking lot. Sign ups will start in May.
