ST. MARK OFFICE STAFF: Due to the current COVID-19 situation, our office and staff will be working mostly remotely. We will be alternating office time on some days, checking voice mail and accepting regular mail and packages, but ask that anyone who does not have essential business to please stay home.
All staff is available by email and phone and will be checking in regularly.
Nonessential emails can be sent to

EASTER BASKETS: The Deacons have assembled and are delivering 180 Easter baskets to give to children within the organizations they support. The cost per basket is $10.00 but you may donate any amount you like. If you would like to help support this you may send a check made payable to St. Mark.  Please reference Deacons Easter baskets in the memo.

LETTERS TO DETAINEES: While all of us are inconvenienced by having to remain in our homes, detainees are confined for months or years to an inhospitable detention center with little or no contact with friends or family. Please take a few minutes to send a word of encouragement to someone at Adelanto.  Click here for information and instructions on how to send your letter.

If you have the gift of sewing, please consider making protective masks with removable and reusable filters. These masks will be used to protect people who are ill and their families who visit them. Jan Philips’ family is one family who is in need, but there are many more. If you wish to participate, please let Pastor Hayes know. You can use the following instructional video and if you have a need for supplies, please email a detailed list of the materials you need and he will do his best to have them delivered to your home. Thank you! Here is the video:

OPPORTUNITY TO   TAKE ACTION ON HUNGER: The crisis we’re in is not only a health crisis. It is also a hunger crisis. The economic fall-out from COVID-19 will most severely increase hardship and harm among people already struggling with hunger.  Click here to learn how you can take immediate action by emailing your members of Congress.

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY: Patrick’s Purpose Foundation is once again offering scholarships to graduating high school seniors who plan to attend a Community College or Vocational School.

PROVIDENCE CHILDREN'S HOME: Join us in spirit on our Mission Trip to Providence Children’s Home this summer! Even if you can’t come along, you can show your support by helping to sponsor one of our folks on a trip away from the orphanage this summer. For only $100 you can provide a weekend at an amusement park, a night at a motel and a feast at a local Kentucky Fried – an experience that they will all treasure. To find out more contact Joann or Craig Schaum - or send in your check made out to Providence Children’s Home or PCH - PCH is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. As of now this trip has not been cancelled.
Thanks in advance!

ONLINE DIRECTORY:  Did you know that St. Mark has an online directory? It is easy to use and secure. Only members or approved visitors have access and you can only use it if you  “opt in” .  To learn more about the directory or how to access it go to our website and click on the Announcement tab. There is even a short video to watch that will walk you through the process. If you don’t get direct access to the directory once you have signed up contact Sue-Ann Wichman at  or 949.644.1341. She will be happy to assist you.
