Don't take a break from church!

Yes, it's hot and many of you are travelling to cooler weather.

But that doesn't mean church stops! Join us Sunday at either the Magee Campus or the Sanctuary Campus for great music, a sermon about 1 Corinthians 13 (the love chapter) and conversation with other church members. Bring your orage bag of plastics, your school supply and peanut butter donations, and even your gently used clothing for TMM.

See you Sunday!

Pastors and staff at St. Mark's

July

You are invited to join us for "On Your Mark's Walking Group"!  Summer mall walking is here!  We will meet on Friday, 7/11 at 9:45 a.m. We meet in the church's North parking lot. Bring water and plan on 3 hours, (includes travel time) for 3 miles. Contact Cheri Schwartz 602-320-2152

Help us bless Nash and Estes Elementary students again this year with donations of school supplies. Look for donation tubs at both campuses every Sunday in July. Look in the June & July Messengers for a complete list of requests, and how to make a monetary donation. Thank you!

July is Peanut Butter Party month at the ICS Foodbank.

Bring jars on Sundays or to the North parking lot on Saturdays, 10:00—11:00 AM. St. Mark’s goal is to win the fourth straight trophy for the most jars.  Additionally, please bring non-perishable food items (soup, cereal, pasta & sauce).  Give generously, the number of families needing food assistance is increasing while the amount of contributions is hardly keeping up with the demand.

Join us July 16 at 11:30 am in Fellowship Hall to share lunch, have prayer, communion, read scripture, and talk about grace and table fellowship. Main dish will be provided, and you are invited to bring something to share*.

*In the spirit of inclusivity, please label homemade items with the ingredients used, paying special attention to commonly known allergens. With store-bought items, please keep the ingredients list with the item. If you have questions about this, please call the office at 520-297-2062.

Registration is now open for Summer Camp! Visit HERE to register your student and EMAIL Jane to volunteer as an adult!

Do you live within 5 minutes of the Magee campus? Would you like to help the Youth Group with one of their crazy adventures!? On July 20, the Youth Group will embark on an exciting Progressive Dinner! This is the easiest hosting you will ever do! Students will arrive, enjoy 1 course, and then quickly leave…all under 15 minutes! We need hosts for beverages, appetizers, 1 “main”, side dish, and sweets! If you are interested in helping, please contact Rachel! we only have time for 5 stops, so let her know if you want one!

Disability Awareness -

Have you heard of Meta glasses? They can be a big help to people with disabilities. Powered by AI, they can translate speech to text and display it on the lens like a car’s heads up display. This allows a person who is deaf to read what you are speaking. The glasses can also translate text to speech allowing a person who is blind to read a print menu, a letter, etc.
