2022-2023
Annual Fund
A very gracious Thank You to our school families, faculty, grandparents, past parents, alums, and friends that remember the St. Mary School Annual Fund in their charitable giving.
The 2022-23 Annual Fund supports the school operating budget (helps to keep the lights on!), continues the work of replacing the school building windows, and will support social and emotional programs for students.
Thank you to the following school families who recently have given a gift to the 2022-2023 Annual Fund: Fagel, Wilson
We will periodically recognize school family gifts to date. The AF runs July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023. You'll be able to learn more here. You can also monitor our AF progress from the icon below!

Dear SMS Families,
The motto for this year’s Catholic Schools Week was “Faith. Excellence. Service.” These words aptly describe our St. Mary community. We want to send a sincere thank you to all who gave service by contributing to our Catholic Schools Week Book Drive. Your service has supported literacy for underprivileged children throughout the greater Cincinnati area. Donations have totaled nearly 1,000 books! Your support is greatly appreciated!
Sincerely,

Parish Discipleship Survey
I Need Your Help!
We want as many parishioners as possible to complete a 10-minute survey that will ask you to reflect on your spiritual growth and enable you to provide feedback on what efforts the parish is making to help you grow. All responses will be confidential, and the parishes will only receive information about the parish communities in our family of parishes and our family as a whole.
I look forward to sharing the findings with you when the project is finished. Thank you for helping with this important project!
Fr. Jamie
The survey closes on February 26.

Parenting Reflection - February 15, 2023
Lenten Practices - The Lenten Season remains a time of renewal and repentance for the entire Church. It is a preparation period for Easter, providing time for Christians to realize that Christ is an abiding reality in our own lives. Ideally, it is a perfect time to introduce and engage om child/ren in the traditional practices that help us to become aware of and responsive to the needs of others -- Prayer, Fasting, and Almsgiving. Some of us may consider giving something up and connect this action with positive action. For example, giving up desserts could be linked with donating the money saved to a hunger fund. Others may wish to add something, a positive behavior or action, into our daily lives during Lent. We can volunteer at a soup kitchen, visit the elderly or sick, attend the parish Lenten Series, reflect upon the Beatitudes, or attend daily Mass. Our aim is to use these means to help us grow closer to our Lord and prepare ourselves "to celebrate the Pascal Mystery with minds and hearts renewed."
