SMS is blessed to have a small army make cakes for our annual Turkey Dinner. We need each and every cake to make Turkey Dinner a success. Please plan on your family bringing a cake. The delicious dessert is what makes the meal complete!
You WILL NOT receive a call this year. PLEASE PLAN ON MAKING A CAKE and delivering to the St. Mary's school cafeteria on Friday, October 21, Saturday, October 22, or Sunday morning. YOU WILL NOT BE CALLED THIS YEAR. WE STILL NEED YOUR HELP! Un-iced bundt cakes are best for slicing. Please consider a donation in lieu of store bought cakes. Homemade is what makes this event unique. We would like to carry on that tradition.
If you are interested in donating items for the Turkey Dinner Paddle Wheel, please contact Izzy Escamilla or Maria Rios.

Did you know that it takes approximately 350 volunteers the day of Turkey Dinner to make it all come together and serve meals to benefit our school? Volunteerism is what St. Mary's is built on. There has already been over 450 hours logged of time given by family and friends to the school in volunteer hours. THANK YOU for this incredible support.
We have identified how many volunteers we will need in each area and you can sign up by clicking this link:
Thanks for being a part of our 54

Parents of our cheerleading campers, please join us Friday at 2:30 and watch your kiddo join the Apache cheerleaders during the pep rally. They will also cheer at this Saturday's home football game against Holy Cross during halftime. Please have them wear their camp shirt with black bottoms and a smile to both events!
In Search Of...
We have a request by the Smithsonian Institute for a special Catholic Schools Exhibit. They are in search of Catholic School uniforms pre-dating 1965. If you have any of these items and are willing to share, please contact the front office.
One of our students lost their brand new hooded Apache sweatshirt. It's a Youth Large. If you happen to be doing laundry and have more sweatshirts than you ordered, please contact the front office. Thank you!
