Dear Parish Family,

This Sunday we will observe Palm Sunday in a new way in light of the physical distancing we are practicing during the pandemic. While this is stretching many of us to work with the new technology, we are doing the best we can. We very much want to stay connected in this unsettling time and this is a way to do it!

We will hold BCP's Morning Prayer with an adaptation of the Liturgy of the Palms at 10 AM on Zoom. Our friends from Concordia will be joining us (the two executitive teams did a test run last week!) Our pianist Kelly Sharp has recorded a musical piece for us to enjoy during the service.

You may join at: https://us04web.zoom.us/j/716915260 or dial by phone: 1-646-876-9923, then enter Meeting ID- 716 915 260

Some may be thinking "what about the palms?" Let's put branches on our doors or in our windows. The greenest ones you can find! Then send me a picture! It will be a physical sign of our connectedness. So many, many cherished traditions are paused. It grieves us. And as we have passed one million infected, I feel safe is paramount. Stay Safe, Stay Home, even on Palm Sunday.

Be well and Be Safe Dear Ones.

For the Sick

Heavenly Father, giver of life and health: Comfort and
relieve your sick servants, and give your power of healing to
those who minister to their needs, that those (or N., or NN.)
for whom our prayers are offered may be strengthened in
their weakness and have confidence in your loving care;
through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with
you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
