UPDATE TO COVID PROTOCOLS

While we seek to be together, we also seek to remain healthy. Given the increase in COVID-19 rates and the recent guidance from the Connecticut Department of Public Health, we recommend masking during indoor worship. Disposable masks will be available if needed.

ANNUAL MEETING

Sunday, January 29, 2023

Please mark your calendars and join us for our Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 23. The meeting will begin after the morning’s Holy Eucharist service. A Zoom option (information is forthcoming) will also be available.

One of the votes at the meeting is a vote on recommended changes to St. Mary’s Episcopal Church Bylaws. These changes include the ability to hold electronic meetings, quorum definitions and terms for the Vestry. CLICK HERE for review of the document prior to the meeting, the revisions are noted in red. Paper copies will also be available in the office.

The Annual Meeting is a time for the parish to come together – to conduct some business, review the previous year and enjoy each other in fellowship. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting.

On behalf of the Vestry,

Joy Dorin
