October is Pastor Appreciation Month. This is a special time that congregations set aside each year to honor their pastors and pastoral families for the hard work, sacrificial dedication and multiple blessings provided by these special people. It is important to remember that appreciation, affirmation and prayer support of our spiritual leaders is appropriate throughout the entire year.
There will be a basket on the Church Office counter for cards and well wishes for Pastor Kinne & Pastor Blonski.

Do you love technology? We are looking for help in our Sunday Contemporary service. Our video software - ProPresenter - is not difficult to use, but it takes dedicated hands that would not be occupied else where (like preaching or leading worship).
If this is something you are interested in, contact Pastor Blonski!

And join us for our new Contemporary Worship Service each Sunday at 10:45am.
VIDEO RECORDING AND EDITING - Do you have a passion for making videos? We are looking for people to record our sermons and devotional moments and edit them for broadcast on Facebook and Youtube and elsewhere. “The Lord is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will exalt him."
This beloved American holiday classic comes to captivating life as a live 1940s radio broadcast. With the help of an ensemble that brings a few dozen characters to the stage, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds as he considers ending his life one fateful Christmas Eve.

IS YOUR CHILD IN COLLEGE - The Women’s Guild of St.  Matthew is starting a service project involving our college students. The Guild will be sending cards throughout the year & also a care package to let the students know we are thinking about them. If you would like your son or daughter to be remembered, you can inform the church office of their name & address. Any questions, contact the church office.
