Staffing: The nursery will be staffed by our preschool Teaching Team. Your little ones will be lovingly cared for by experienced members of our preschool staff, with support from trusted church volunteers when needed, in a safe and nurturing environment.

What’s Your Story?
Hopefully you’ve noticed the long “blackboard” in the hallway; if not, please look for it this weekend. Everyone is invited to post something about their own individual stories. Just take one of the “notebook pages” and jot something down, then peel off the backing and stick it to the black paper.
As Christians we are all part of a great big Story - the best ever written! And as Christians we are called to be witnesses - how has the Author of the greatest story ever told worked in our lives?
We ALL have a story worth sharing, so let’s fill that “blackboard” with them!
If you’d like to share your story in either the newsletter or during a service, please contact Terri Hurst.
And Mary said, “My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior…” Luke 1:46-47, NRSV
Thank you!
Terri Hurst, Stewardship Chair

Vestry Corner: Amanda Livermont
As the seasons change and we move into the fall, our church enters a special time of reflection and renewal—our stewardship season. This is a season not only to consider our financial giving but also to reflect on the ways God has blessed us and how we, in turn, can bless others. Stewardship is about more than dollars and cents—it’s about living as grateful people who use our time, talents, and treasures to further God’s work in our congregation and in the world.
This year, stewardship season comes alongside our ongoing capital campaign, which is already bearing fruit. We’ve seen exciting progress made possible by your generosity, and together we are building a strong foundation for future ministry. Every gift—large or small—makes a difference. Each commitment is a testimony to the trust we share in God’s vision for our church’s mission, outreach, and growth.
As we journey through this stewardship season, we invite you to prayerfully consider how you might participate—whether by pledging your annual support, giving to the capital campaign, or stepping forward to serve in new ways. When we come together in faith and generosity, God multiplies our efforts beyond what we can imagine. Thank you for the ways you already give of yourselves so faithfully, and may this season be one of gratitude, hope, and joyful commitment.
Amanda Livermont

Vintage Bazaar and St. Matthew's Day Wrap-Up
The 2025 Vintage Bazaar was a resounding success, bringing together faith, fellowship, and community spirit under the warm (hot!) sun. Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of all who participated, we raised approximately $1,000 for the Capital Fund and an additional $600 to support the vital ministry work of the Episcopal Church Women (ECW).
This year’s event saw a remarkable 70% increase in vendor participation compared to last year, with more than double the number of booths showcasing goods and services from small businesses, church members, and neighbors throughout Snellville. The bazaar also provided meaningful volunteer opportunities for local youth, strengthening our ties to the wider community.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who helped make this day so special. Your support continues to build a stronger, more vibrant church family. See you next year!
