Keuka Lake Wine Tour planned for Oct 12, 2019

Plans are being finalized for our 5 th Finger Lakes wine tour to beautiful Keuka Lake. The Keuka Lake area offers many of the original and award winning upstate wineries, interesting wine and gift shops, and spectacular sites.  On our way, our first tasting stop will be to Bellevue Winery and Castle at the top of Seneca Lake.   As with all wineries, time will be provided for strolling the gift shop and grounds.

Rolling on, we will proceed to the Keuka Lake wine trail, stopping at Keuka Springs Winery for wine tastings and lunch overlooking Keuka.  Bring your own picnic lunch, and enjoy their local picnic area; open a bottle of wine if you like! Following lunch, we will move on to Hunt Country, and finally on to famous Heron Hill.

Our own chartered bus will leave from the church parking lot at 8:45 AM and return by 5:30 PM.

Cost:  $65 per person which includes bus, a tip for driver, breakfast treats and coffee.  Bottled water will also be provided.   Payment is due by August 31 st  payable to St Matthews, please note  Keuka wine tour .

Sign-up sheets are posted on the bulletin board near the parish hall.  Friends and family are welcome!  (Age 21 and over)  Tasting fees of $28, covering all wineries, will be collected the day of our tour. Most wineries offer wine discounts in exchange.

Cheers!  More details will be provided at a later date.  This is our 5 th wine tour of the Finger Lakes; these are very relaxing, informing and a whole lot of fun.   Contact Dave Holloway if you have questions, phone 315-383-2314.
