Serve the World Day - Monday, January 21, 2019

St. Michael's Serve the World Day will be a great opportunity for us to partner with five organizations (Lake Silver Elementary, Orlando Union Rescue Mission, Howard Philips Center for Children and Families, Harbor House, and St. Francis House) to learn more about them and assist them with vital projects on each of their respective campuses.

The day will begin here at St. Michael's with breakfast and a time of prayer before we head to our job sites. Each team will receive a tour of the organization before digging into the work, hearing and seeing firsthand what happens on the front lines.

After completing our projects, we will return to St. Michael's for lunch and fellowship (and hopefully games, music, street hockey, etc.) Community service hours will be available for those earning them for school.
New Book Study starting this Monday, January 14.

Emotionally Healthy Spirituality - February 2019
Course Dates and Materials Listed Below

EMOTIONALLY HEALTHY LIFE GROUPS: Learning to really love God, ourselves, and others.

Emotionally Healthy Discipleship is a framework that directly addresses the reality that emotional maturity and spiritual maturity are inseparable. It is not possible to be spiritually mature while remaining emotionally immature. And, if we are to live out of our authentic selves, made in the image of Christ, we must slow down to cultivate an intimate relationship with Jesus and others.

GO BENEATH THE SURFACE AND TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE
Our commitment is to lead everyone at St. Michael's into a transformed, mature relationship with Jesus so that each of us can take our place in the church and impact our community and world for Christ. Our Emotionally Healthy Spirituality course will lay the foundation for how we do that.

DEEPLY CHANGING YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD
This 8-week course will help you unpack core biblical principles to guide you into an experience of lasting, deep, beneath-the-surface transformation in your relationship with Christ and IS BEING OFFERED AT THREE DIFFERENT TIMES FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.

SPACE IS LIMITED, PLEASE SELECT A DAY AND TIME THAT WORKS BEST FOR YOUR SCHEDULE.
