Whiskey Acres Straight Rye
This "high" rye (75% rye) is aged at least 3 years and is for those of you who prefer your whiskey with a bit of a spice. Grown and distilled with a very specific varietal of rye that gives has a very soft white pepper finish. When complimented with the vanilla and butterscotch notes that come from the corn, it’s no wonder it was named the 2019 “Best Whiskey of the State” in IL at the Heartland Spirits Competition.
