Building Restoration: Unfortunately, we have had to put the bell tower project on hold. The timing has not worked out with the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program and the funds will not be available until July at the earliest. We may, in fact, need to reapply in the fall which will put us on next year’s grant cycle. The good news is that restoration of our stained-glass window is moving forward. The custom frame is expected to be ready sometime next month. Once completed, Soos Stained Glass will come to install it. The installation and repair of the window will take 2-3 days.
Care Team to Meet: The Care Team will have its second formation meeting this Sunday at 6:00 pm in the parish hall. We will review the findings from the phone calls and determine our next steps. Fred Krug will provide the meal. If you were not at our last meeting but wish to participate, please let Fred or Fr. Jim know so we’ll have enough food.
