Upcoming Events & News

Episcopal Churchmen: The Episcopal Churchmen will meet this coming Tuesday, June 28th at 6pm, at Steven Stalker’s Pavilion; a meal will be provided. We will be finalizing plans for the Shrimp Dinner and giving out tickets to sell. As always, guests are welcome.


Bishop Benfield to Retire: Bishop Larry Benfield has announced that he plans to retire in early 2024. This will allow time for our diocese to conduct a search and consecrate a new bishop for our diocese. 


Care Team: The next meeting of our Care Team with be Sunday, June 26th at 6:00 pm in the Parish Hall. Tammy is providing a chicken dish. Others can bring side dishes or desserts. 


Mission Day Camp: Mission Day Camp at First Presbyterian will take place June 27- July 1, 9am-3pm. Focusing on a different Bible story each day, there will be games, crafts, lessons and hands-on mission projects. Open to kids in kindergarten through 6th grade. Drop off is on the First Presbyterian Church playground (or in Fellowship Hall, in case of rain). Kids will need to bring a sack lunch and a water bottle each day. Yoga at St. Paul’s: Our Yoga Group meets on Monday afternoons in the Parish Hall beginning at 5:00 pm  It is for people at all levels - including beginners. There is no charge to attend. Please bring a mat and blocks (if you have these).


Giving to St. Paul’s: For those attending online, there are three ways to give: you may mail your gifts to St. Paul’s at PO Box 2255, Batesville, AR. 72503, or make an online contribution by going to our website (stpaulsbatesville.org) and by following the link to make a contribution. You may also set up automatic payments through your bank’s Bill Pay service.
