What's happening this week at St. Paul's

June 18-24, 2023

Upcoming Events & News

New Directory: We are in the final stages of printing directories and making them available to the congregation. Several members are being contacted for permission to make a change to their privacy settings in Realm (our Church Manage Software) in order to be included in the directory. Once everyone has been contacted, we will print copies and have them available in the Narthex for you to pick up.

Choral Evensong: Members of our choir will offer Choral Evensong on Sunday, June 25th at 5:00 pm with Sarah Harmon officiating.

Care Team: The Care Team will meet in the Parish Hall immediately after Choral Evensong on June 25th.

Rector’s Discretionary Fund: The Rector’s Discretionary Fund will continue to be used to support our Community Meals while Fr. Jim is on sabbatical. In addition, money will be sent to a local social service agency where we will refer people who come to St. Paul’s for assistance with their rent or utilities. Our Senior Warden, Hayes Olson, is also authorized to draw from this account to provide assistance to members of St. Paul’s who are in need. Your continued support is appreciated.

Community Meal Teams: We have eight teams that rotate the responsibility of offering our community meals on Wednesday evenings. Some of these teams would benefit from having a few more volunteers. If you would like to get involved serving on a team, please let Katie know and she will pass your name along. Thanks.

Care Team Collection: The Care Team will be collecting personal care items to be distributed. There will be a basket to collect items at the front of the church as well as a box in the church office. Items to bring can include: travel size toothpaste and toothbrushes, dental floss, Kleenex, soap, shampoo, hand sanitizer, wipes, washcloths, deodorant, and other toiletries.

St. Paul’s Prayer List:

Prayer requests will stay on the Parish Prayer List for four weeks with the exception of parishioners with ongoing needs. If you wish a prayer request to remain on the list, please call the office to renew the request.
