Upcoming Events & News

Giving Statements: Third Quarter Giving Statements will be available in the Narthex this Sunday. If you have any questions regarding statements please call or email the office.


Children’s Church: In place of Sunday School we are now having Children's Church. It begins at 10:30, so take your children to the Sunday School area on your way to church for music and lessons before communion. Our children will then join us at the peace for communion.


Little Free Library: The Episcopal Church Women (ECW) are requesting children’s books for our free library in front of Anglican Hall. You may drop off your donation in the office during business hours or on Sunday and leave in the Sacristy to be picked up on Monday. 


Youth Outing: The youth of First Presbyterian and St. Paul’s will be joining together to celebrate Halloween with some spooky fun! Youth will be meeting at First Presbyterian at 3:30 pm and head to the River Haunt, then back to St. Paul's for some treats. The event will end at 5:00 pm. Bring a friend and be ready for a good time! We have a special group rate of $9 each. If the cost keeps you from coming, just reach out and we'll get you covered.

 

Halloween Trunk or Treat: Let's give our kids aspecial treat! Join the families of St. Paul's and First Presbyterian as we

have a Trunk or Treat on the afternoon of Halloween. Cars or tables will be in

the parking spaces on the College Street side of First Presbyterian. Everyone is invited to come set up and share treats with the kids!


Halloween Candy: Main Street is making plans for a scaled back Halloween that will reduce the amount of exposure time. We are looking for bags of individually wrapped candy. if you care to donate, please drop off bags in the Narthex or in the office with Tymina (between 8 am & noon, M-Th). If you would like to help pass out candy, please contact the office
