St. Paul's
Lemonade and Cookie Sunday
this Sunday for Coffee Hour

We welcome Cory Conway to our staff.  Cory will be our weekday sexton, Monday through Friday.  His primary responsibilities will be repair and maintenance projects.  Jose will continue his regular schedule, including Sundays.  If you have any need of the help of sexton's with parish related projects, please check with Nicole in the parish office.

We continue in our search for a part-time receptionist, and I am actively engaged in seeking candidates for fill a curacy to add to our clergy contigent.

The rector will be attending General Convention of the Episcopal Church in Austin, Texas.  He will report on this to the parish during the Adult Forum on July 22 beginning at 9:30 in the second floor meeting room.

From Organist Extraordinare

The American Guild of Organists will be having their national convention during the first week of July here in Kansas City. To see which events might be open to the public, please see the convention website

I want to highlight a few pre-convention events that are open to the public:
On July 1st at 5pm at St. Andrew's Episcopal, Kurt Knecht will accompany Choral Evensong and play a short recital mostly comprised of his own music following the service.
Also on July 1st at 5pm at Rainbow Mennonite Church, Christopher Marks from the University of Nebraska will be playing a pre-convention recital which will include Romance & Tarantella by Kurt Knecht.

!!!!!!!!!We are in need of Coffee Hour Hosts!!!!!!
Please Let Allison know

We hope you will consider teaming up with another family or a friend to maintain our fellowship and gathering following the 10:30 a.m. service that has brought our parishioners together for years.

Hosting Coffee Hour is a fun and easy way to get to know other St. Paul's members! The host brings the food and the church provides the drinks. An example of what a host might bring would be: two large pans of brownies (cut very small), maybe a bowl of fruit (oftentimes grapes cut into small clusters), and a bowl or two of pretzels or popcorn. If you have questions or wish to co-host with another member, please contact  Alison.  Dates are available:
