Principal's Message:

Dear St. Peter Family,

We are just past the halfway point for the first quarter, and much good work has been done! Option C is a great resource for our parents to check on the progress of their children. Tests, quizzes, and homework grades can be viewed. Our teachers are diligent keeping Option C current, so please log in and check it out! If you are having difficulty accessing Option C, please contact Mrs. Moorman and she will help!

Next Wednesday, September 29th is the feast day of Saints Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael, the Archangels. We will celebrate Mass at 9:00 and would like to invite all first responders to attend Mass and receive a blessing and small token of appreciation. We are proud to have parents serving as police officers, fire fighters, and medics. Thank you for selflessly helping others!

Please enjoy a wonderful three-day weekend and we will see everyone back on Monday!

St. Peter, friend of Jesus, PRAY FOR US!

News from the Clinic

All immunization records must be on file in the school clinic by Friday, October 1st.

We are missing several Kindergarteners’ records.

7th-grade parents and new families might want to double-check with Mrs. Johnson as well.

After October 1st. if we do not have a current immunization record on file, your child will not be able to come to school.

Please feel free to contact Mrs. Jennifer Johnson if you have questions. Thank you!

SCHOOL AGE PROGRAM (before/after school care)

Our dear School Age Program families, thank you for your patience as we continue to iron out the wrinkles to strengthen the program and meet your needs. As I continue to check on the program, I see many smiling and talented faces building, creating, drawing, and exploring different avenues to express themselves. The teachers are excited to have all the children in the program and continue to build a supportive and encouraging rapport and atmosphere. We appreciate all of you immensely!

ECC Happenings

We want to thank all our parents for your continued support and patience especially with COVID circumstances. The teachers are doing a phenomenal job in planning fun and educational activities that meet the developmental milestones of our children and their interests. We appreciate our volunteer parents; if you are interested in becoming a volunteer please see Veronika or Denise in the ECC office.

We are excited to start our field trips again to bring the world to our children. Please make sure all forms are filled out. Speaking of forms, if you have any forms due especially medical statements please make sure to have them as soon as possible.

We will begin a fundraiser for the ECC and we will “pop” right into it October 1st so please go to https://poppinpopcornonline.com/participant/register.php?g=vxdtts to register. Together we can meet our goal!

FALL PICTURE DAY September 30th for all 3-year-old programs and Transitional Kindergarten; October 1st is for all the 4-year-olds. Please give all the order forms to your child’s teacher.
